Decision Tactical was established with the aim of bridging the gap between law enforcement and the public during crisis situations. We identified a need for better training for first responders who are faced with high-pressure scenarios. At the same time, we also realized the importance of educating the public on how to navigate these situations effectively.
Our ultimate goal is to create a world where both sides have a better understanding of each other’s perspectives. We strive to achieve this through innovative training methods and public education initiatives. Our efforts are aimed at saving lives and building stronger communities.

The Problem
Crisis situations are stressful for both police officers and civilians. Officers must make quick, high-stakes decisions with limited information, while civilians’ fear and confusion can impact their judgment during encounters with law enforcement. Effective communication and reactions are crucial for achieving peaceful resolutions.

Our Solution
Decision Tactical uses realistic simulations to help trainees practice de-escalation, communication, and critical decision-making in crisis situations. This builds officer confidence and empathy, leading to better communication, peaceful interactions, and saved lives.
